| A clan is a group of people united by actual or perceived kinship and descent. Even if actual lineage patterns are unknown, clan members may nonetheless recognize a founding member or apical ancestor. The kinship-based bonds may be merely symbolical in nature, whereby the clan shares a "stipulated" common ancestor that is a symbol of the clan's unity. When this ancestor is not human, it is referred to as an animalian totem. Clans can be most easily described as tribes or sub-groups of tribes. The word clan is derived from 'clann' meaning 'children' in the Irish and Scottish Gaelic languages. The word was taken into English about 1425 as a label for the tribal nature of Irish and Scottish Gaelic society.[1] The Gaelic term for clan is fine /finɨ/. Clans are located in every country; members may identify with a coat of arms to show they are an independent clan.
We are need of coat of arms! Who is up for the task in designing one for us?

| I want to visualize our "crest" so I have something in my head to bring to life. I want suggesstions for the following
colors? (2 to 4)
sword, guns, or both?
animal?
special symbol?
unless anyone has a better idea...i think this is all going on a shield. I know it's a pretty generic idea...so does anyone know of anything better?

| I think most of us do not quite understand the meaning of clan. To put it simply, a clan is a family of families. And as in any family, everybody agrees to disagree. Not all the time, you can always expect the family brawl to take place, but sometimes emotions carry us away. This clan as we call it, is not a brotherhood or a sisterhood, but it is a conglomeration of worldly people. I do not think we happen here by chance. I believe each one of our members is here by a common path in life. This clan is not just an ordinary bunch of people. Actually, we are in essence extraordinary. We are here by a common bond unlike any other clan. Some of us are soldiers, some of us young and old, and some of us just thirsting for the unknown. But in the end, we are here in unison. We are not agreeable on all things, but that is the nature of life. Our oddities and idiosyncrasies are but a speck of what this clan is. I think you will all agree that this clan is defined by its people and this clan will stand the test of time. We are indeed Elite Good Fellaz. | |

| Taranis are you preacher? xD I mean like gosh darn it, I am a redneck! I couldn't think of those words even if I was English, American, Australian or any other English talking country in this world. It's good though. .. for a 100-years-old preacher. I'm kidding.
I think you pretty much hitted the right spot of what this clan is.
